Do I need both workbooks?

No. The Rescue Pack works on its own and already includes a short trend log. The Recovery Journal adds a twelve-week routine with more room for measurements and photo comparisons. Choose the bundle only if that longer record would help.

Which should I open first?

Use the Rescue Pack for the initial observations and care decision. Open the Recovery Journal once you have a reasonable plan to follow. You do not need to copy every note into both.

How does delivery work?

After Stripe checkout, download one ZIP containing both products in named folders. Save it to your device; the private download link lasts one hour and the Stripe success link can issue another for 30 days.
