Informational purpose

The Site provides general educational information. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical care, toxicology advice, legal advice, or an individualized horticultural service. For urgent pet symptoms, suspected poisoning, or other emergencies, contact an appropriate professional immediately.

No guarantee

The editor works to make public articles accurate and useful, but conditions vary and information changes. The Site makes no guarantee that every method will fit every plant, pet, climate, household, or situation. Use reasonable judgment and verify high-stakes decisions with a qualified professional.

Permitted use

You may read, link to, and quote brief portions of the Site with attribution for lawful personal, educational, or commentary purposes. Republishing complete articles, systematically scraping content, removing attribution, or presenting Site material as your own is not permitted without written authorization.

Official plant utility embeds

You may place the unmodified official plant-utility iframe on a lawful website. Keep the utility and its visible source link unobscured. Do not proxy, alter, resell, repackage, frame other Site pages, insert additional links on the Site's behalf, or imply that Asian American Daddy endorses the host website. The utilities are estimates and organizers, not professional horticultural, engineering, safety, legal, or diagnostic services. The Site may update or retire an embed when needed for accuracy, security, or maintenance.

Digital-product purchase and delivery

The Site sells one-time digital products, including the Plant Rescue Pack, AAD Plant Coloring Library, and printable plant tools, in United States dollars. Stripe provides hosted checkout and payment processing. The product, price, any applicable taxes, and total due are shown before purchase. Stripe's terms and privacy practices apply to its part of the transaction. After Stripe confirms payment, the success page provides a private one-hour download link. The Stripe success link can create replacement download links for 30 days; after that, contact the Site for access help. A purchase does not create a subscription, physical shipment, consultation, or promise of future updates unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.

Personal + household product license

One purchaser may save, fill, color, and print purchased files for noncommercial personal use within the purchaser's household. Finished coloring-page photos may be shared with AAD credit. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or upload source files or blank pages; use them in paid classes or workshops; include them in products, print-on-demand goods, logos, or trademarks; or provide them as professional deliverables without written permission.

Access problems and refunds

For delivery help or a refund, email hello@asianamericandaddy.com or reply to the receipt. A full refund may be requested within seven calendar days of purchase. A refund ends future download access. This policy does not limit rights provided by law.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to research, professional resources, Stripe-hosted checkout, delivery infrastructure, hosting providers, advertising services, and other third parties. Those services control their own content and practices. A link is not a guarantee or blanket endorsement.

Advertising

The Site contains AdSense verification and may display advertisements if approved. Advertising relationships are described in the commercial disclosure and do not change the editor's responsibility for published content.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Site and its editor are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on Site content or third-party links.
